Adjunct Instructor & Student Teaching Supervisor
Bradley is currently teaching a virtual, asynchronous course, EDST 1002: Introduction to Educational Psychology, at the University of Cincinnati for undergraduate students in the summer 2026 semester. He also supervised eight pre-service students in the secondary social studies practicum I & II for the spring 2026 semester. He previously taught CI 7003: Teaching and Learning in Diverse Classrooms in the fall 2025 semester & CI 7010: Improving Instructional Effectiveness in the spring 2026 semester for master's students, pre-service or in-service educators, or anyone in and outside of a formal K-12 setting. These students reflect on curriculum, instructional best practices, culturally responsive, sustaining pedagogy, equity, social justice, and diversity in education in their current context to improve their practice.
Annual Adjunct Instructor & Student Teaching Supervisor
Bradley taught several in-person and online teacher preparation courses at the University of Cincinnati (fall, spring, and summer semesters) for education majors from 2022 to 2025. He taught CI 1001: Educational Technology, EDST 1002: Intro. to Educational Psychology, and SEC 4109: Intro. to Secondary Social Studies Methods. He created original curriculum materials to guide students through best practices in teaching, also curated, maintained, and revised my course shells and curriculum within the online LMS Canvas. In this role, he served as a mentor by curating curriculum, pace guides, resources, assessments such as projects, syllabi, and daily teaching slides, and by holding weekly meetings, observing teaching, and providing resources to help other adjuncts and graduate assistants successfully teach the course. Bradley also supervised eight secondary pre-service social studies educators from the 2023-2024 fall and spring semesters in their field placements in several Cincinnati-area school districts. I am evaluating and offering teaching feedback and guidance to help pre-service teachers improve and grow alongside their in-service educator mentors.

Bradley taught the virtual, asynchronous course TED 713: Elementary Social Studies Methods and Children’s Literature at the University of Wisconsin River Falls to graduate students during the spring 2026 semester.
8th Grade ELA/Reading Educator
Bradley taught 8th-grade English language arts (reading) at Washington Local Schools from 2019 to 2021. He designed and incorporated my own historical curriculum units. He also taught online during COVID-19 and assisted and supplemented students with an online curriculum provided by the school district. He also worked with the gifted coordinator and in-service educators to design updated professional development content for gifted education. As part of this gifted education professional development, he also ran a book study with other educators from the school district.
6th-8th Grade ELA/SS Educator
Bradley taught 6th-8th grade English language arts and social studies at Toledo Preparatory and Fitness Academy from 2017 to 2019. He also led professional development for the district's educators on adapting the curriculum to better align with standardized testing and designed curricular pacing guides for the school district that aligned with state standards.
